The "Steam Key Pool" is the total supply of keys you provide, which defines the campaign's overall scale. "Weekly Retargeting" then works through this pool; each week, unactivated keys are offered to a new wave of highly-relevant streamers, creating continuous and fresh opportunities for discovery.

"Weekly Retargeting" is our term for the continuous outreach campaigns we run for your game. It means that each week, we send any unactivated codes from your pool to a new wave of highly-relevant streamers. This steady expansion of your outreach is designed to consistently create new opportunities for key activation and broaden your game's visibility.

We match your game with relevant streamers using your game's details (genre, tags) and our extensive, curated database of streamers, rated from past campaigns. This data-driven approach, combined with your optional criteria (specific languages, etc.), helps us target effectively.

We just need the basics: your game's Steam page, a few key visuals, and the game codes. You can also provide optional targeting criteria (like specific tags or streamer demographics), and we'll handle the rest.

Absolutely. Our done-for-you service is designed to manage campaigns for multiple games and target audiences simultaneously. We handle the entire process for each title, from streamer selection to campaign management, ensuring all your campaigns are run effectively.

Our primary goal is to connect your game with streamers who are likely to enjoy it. The final decision to activate a key and play a game, however, always rests with the creator. This choice is influenced by many factors we cannot control, such as the game's genre, its suitability for a live audience, and the streamer's individual tastes and schedule. To provide a clear and fair framework for our service, we have established a commitment policy based on key activation benchmarks.

Basic Plan: Our goal is for a good portion of your Steam keys to be activated by streamers. If streamer key activation is below approximately 20% after our campaign, we'll conduct additional focused outreach for you at no extra cost. If this doesn't achieve a satisfactory improvement, we'll discuss a fair resolution with you, such as a partial refund or service credit.

Premium Plan: With its broader scope, our activation target for the Premium Plan is higher. If activation is below approximately 30%, we'll implement substantial, renewed outreach efforts. Should the outcome remain unsatisfactory, we'll proactively work with you on a significant resolution, like a substantial service credit or a partial refund.
